Redeem your driving school code

Your driving school gave you an access code? It unlocks 12 months of full access to the car theory – all official exam questions, on phone, tablet and computer. No subscription, no payment.

The code is redeemed in the Web App only – you sign in there with your Google or Apple account and enter the code.

How to redeem your code

Three steps, then you can start learning right away.

  1. Open the Web App at https://app.fahrlehrer24.ch/ – or type your code above and you will go straight there.
  2. Sign in with your Google or Apple account. You do not need a separate password. Google account Apple account
  3. Enter the code – done, your access is open immediately.
Remember which account you usedAccess is tied permanently to the Google or Apple account you redeem the code with. Always sign in with the same account – otherwise you will not find your access again. Switching afterwards is not possible.
Redeem first, then the clock startsThe 12 months start on the day you redeem the code – not on the day your driving school bought it.

What a code looks like

Ten characters with a hyphen in the middle. The first letter indicates the edition – A for car.

So nothing gets mixed upA code never contains 0 or O – nor 1, I or L. If a character on the slip looks like a zero or an O, it is neither: these five characters are deliberately left out of the alphabet so nothing gets mixed up when typing.
Keep the code to yourselfWhoever has the code can redeem it – and then it is gone. Do not pass it on and do not post it anywhere.

If something does not work

The code is not accepted

Type it exactly as printed on the slip – with the hyphen, without spaces. The characters 0, O, 1, I and L do not occur in a code – if you think you read one, take another close look.

I do not have a code yet

Codes are only available through your driving school. Ask your driving instructor. Are you a driving school yourself? Then here are the code packages.

Can I use the access on another device?

Yes. Access is tied to your Google or Apple account, not to the device. Open https://app.fahrlehrer24.ch/ and sign in with the same account.

I signed in with the wrong account

As long as you have not entered the code yet, simply sign out and sign back in with the right Google or Apple account. Once the code is redeemed, access is tied to that account – your driving school or our contact page can help you then.

Does the code work in the app from the store?

No. A driving school code cannot be redeemed in the Fahrlehrer24 apps from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. It applies exclusively to the Web App at https://app.fahrlehrer24.ch/ – you open it in your browser, on the phone just as on the computer, no installation needed.

How long can I keep the code?

A code can be redeemed up to 24 months after your driving school bought it. After that it expires. So do not wait too long – and remember: the 12 months of access only start when you redeem.

What is included in the access?

Full access to the car theory with all official ASA exam questions. You can also prepare for free at any time with the theory to read and the road sign quiz.
